Living room
This room enjoys views towards Inverness and Moray Firth and features an open wood fire, digital widescreen television, oak flooring with underfloor heating (which is present throughout the house). You have ample comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset in front of an open fire with a Highland "dram" in your hand.

Sunlounge
From lunchtime to sunset this room catches the sun. It is the perfect place to relax and listen to music on the Hi-fi or read a book whilst reclining on the cane furniture. There is access to the garden through the patio doors.

Kitchen / Dining room
This area is open plan with a fully integrated kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob. These appliances are the most energy efficient on the market at this time. The floors are tiled but warm.

Games Room
This room has a 6ft. pool table.
Utility / Shower room
In this area there is a washer dryer and a shower room at the back door.
Other features
The vestibule boasts a tiled floor shoe rack and coat stand to dry your wet walking shoes and jackets if necessary.

Garden
The garden area has a wild herb meadow area on the bank. There are two areas of lawn and to the rear of the house there are native trees and shrubs.
